Medicine Cat Apprentice
Featherpaw
Name: Featherpaw Age: 9 moons Gender: Female Basic personality: Timid and quiet, Featherpaw is one cat that was not to be a warrior. Maybe it's because of her neglect to fight, or her tendacy to catch Whitecough every leaf-bare. But she is quite the leaner, and absorbs information like moss absorbing water. Her memory is vivid as her imagination, though this doesn't stop her from her duties, err, sometimes. Those sometimes are when she is distracted by a leaf or feather, and this behaviour caused her teasing as a kit. Featherpaw is still ready to serve her clan in any way possible. Basic appearance: Featherpaw is a petite silver she-cat with black mackeral tabby markings. Her frame is slender and long, and her eyes are a leaf-green, with a hint of brown. Quite a few spots on her are white, which consist of her underbelly, her muzzle, her paws, and her neck. (I hope this picture is a good example, even though the eyes are not accurate.) Other: Her favorite type of fish is trout
The Player
Activity level: On a scale of 1-10, I'm 8-9. Role-play sample: Featherpaw's paws prodded against the ground as she moved forward, scenting for catmint. Oh, how she hated leaf-bare. The snow that covered the ground only crunched under her paws, an unpleasant sound that caused her to shudder. And at the worst time as well. Dear Starclan, why now! Why couldn't you let it last until new-leaf, at least! That would have made me feel a lot better than having to trudge through snow. The she-cat thought this miserably as she continued on her journey. At this time, and only at this time, had Starclan seemed to curse her clan, causing her to have to search for catmint to the east-west of her clan. Featherpaw simply hoped nothing bad had happened to her mentor, or else she was afraid she'd never forgive herself. (Reminded this is just a senario)

This application is accepted. Though, you will have to wait to play as this character until we can find a medicine cat to be your mentor. If you would like, feel free to make another character to play in the mean time. All the clans are in need of warriors and other ranks.

I must say, thank you. I truthfully did not think I would be accepted, but it seems Lady Luck has reserved me this spot. I will try to rolepay her better than others I have roleplayed in the past. Again, thank you.

You're welcome. For now, since we are so new, this was mostly a 'first come, first serve' basis. I hope to role-play with any of your characters soon!

Deputy The Character
Name: Fawnstride Age: 38 moons Gender: male Basic personality: Fawnstride, some would say, is difficult to deal with. He's not unpleasant to be around, so to speak, simply a pawful. Maybe two. The deputy holds himself with an air of superiority--and this doesn't only come from his position. Since he was an apprentice he always acted entitled to something. Giving him higher command only bolstered his behavior. He often makes off-paw comments that would imply that the cat he's with is less than him. This can be anything from insulting intelligence to physical strength or ability.
Aside from all of that, Fawnstride knows how to get a job done. While he might be a bit of a challenge to deal with one-on-one, he has features to brag for. In tough situations, he's quick on his feet. The WaterClan cat can pin point the most beneficial strategy at any given moment.
His loyalty and devotion to his clan and leader is unwavering, and although he acts as if he's above everyone, he values every cat's life. Ever WaterClan cat. Unless there is no other option, Fawnstride has a strict leave-no-cat-behind policy.
Basic appearance:For the tom's build, he is very slender. He has long, thin legs, which could be from which his name comes from. He stands a bit taller than most cats, but also a lot less stockier. The deputy bears a very prominent facial structure, rather large ears, and oriental shaped emerald eyes. These features give him a very Siamese appearance, which is possibly in his bloodline.
As for his pelt, it is thin and sleek, with a coarse texture--very deer like. The colour is an gradient from a light russet, on his stomach, into a more dark, almost black, russet, along his spine. It almost gives the appearance of a singed back. (oh man that was weak i'm sorry) Other:
The Player
Activity level: probably 8 on scale of 1-10 Other RP's: n/a Role-play sample:(ok hes an apprentice in this okay yeah)
The fire had begun after a strike of lightning touched a tree. The tomcat couldn't even see the flame. But there was no mistaking the smell of burning pines, even through the downpour of rain. His large, emerald eyes stared into the thick forest before him, be he saw no light. Coming out into the territory alone was a mistake. He'd traveled out once before with his mentor and thought it wouldn't be too hard now. It wouldn't have been if the rain hadn't started. And now this fire--the fire. It must have gotten bigger because suddenly Fawnpaw was having a rough time breathing.
Everything was smoky, it happened to fast the small apprentice didn't even realise. A fox shot out from the bracken and raced right by Fawnpaw. The tom let out a yowl of surprise and stood, awestricken, from that experience. More time. More smoke. He was being a fool, now. Panic soon set in and the cat realised he should have followed right after that fox. Breathing was even more hard now and his eyes began to burn. The apprentice let out weak coughs and began to run as fast as he could, still unable to see anything through the smoke. How could there be a fire while it was raining? Didn't water trump fire?

Excellent! I love the way Fawn is thought out, so Waterclanish. And the fact that he's a 'he' and called 'Fawn-'. If you could please fill out the character bio application, that would be great.
