overall personality, BurrStride is a sweet and kind hearted young she-cat who tries to help whenever she can. She likes to spend time with other cats, either just leisurely talking or working along side them. Though she can be clumsy, she is a very swift runner and can easily chase and catch a rabbit or squirrel.

overall history, BurrStride has a unique story. Born to clan queen, she and her sister were fathered by a forest cat. Their parents had formed a friendship from when they were apprentice aged. Their mother, Jaypaw at the time, found a spunky, young, black tom named Beetle at her first Gathering. Intrigued by each others' different upbringings, they shared time with each other when ever they could. Whether it be at other Gatherings, or just on common hunts.

Soon after JayClaw was named a warrior, she found that she was expecting Beetles kits. Scared that the clan would disown her unborn children, JayClaw kept their father a secret. Though, no tom within the clan could claim as their sire. When the kits were born, the new queen heaved a sigh of relief, her two daughters looked nothing like their father.

As time went on, neither Burrpaw or her sister, Blossompaw, knew who their father was. In the beginning, they didn't care. But Burrpaw soon began to wonder why they didn't know. Followed closely by her calico sister, Burrpaw asked their mother why they didn't know about who their father was. JawClaw just shook her head and said it didn't matter, but now both sisters wanted to know. They pestered their mother 'til she gave in.

Now knowing of their sire, Burrpaw and Blossompaw began to wonder about where they belonged. The gathering after their warrior cerimony, BlossomFur told the clans that she would be going with her father. No one was more shocked than Beetle and JayClaw as the watched their calico daughter pad over to her black sire.

Now living in a clan with only her mother, BurrStride often misses her sister. She sees Blossom occasionally while out hunting, and they often hunt together. BurrStirde has yet to really meet her father, but from what she hears from her sister, she is eager to know him.
