fur color, Cederstripe has a mixture of white and brown on his pelt. His legs are all white--except his front left one--along with his underbelly, chest, muzzle, and a stripe of white up the middle of his face. The top half of his pelt isa light earthly brown that reaches halfway down his thighs, a strip of it covers the front of his left foreleg, and it covers the top half of his head. There are darker brown stripes in this brown area that are so dark they almost look black. The base of his tail is a light brown color that fades into a darker hue with faint stripes of that near-black color.
eye color, His eyes are a light forest green around his pupils and the outside of his irises are dull amber.
distinguising features, His bushy tail is a slight bit shorter than others, though his long whiskers balance him out.

the personality

likes, Cederstripe has grown to enjoy being a medicine cat, despite early reluctance to it. He also likes to sort through the herbs and go out of camp for a bit to collect them. He enjoys the feelings he gets when he helps out an injured or sick Clanmate and gets them back to their true, healthy selves. But above all, he really likes the rain, and it's not uncommon to see this tom simply sitting outside the protection of his den when the water falls from the sky.
dislikes, This tom isn't fond of some of his Clanmates simply because he's jealous of the warriors and apprentices that don't have responsibilities like he does. He also hates it when he ends up running out of a specific herb when he desperately needs it.
strengths, Being a medicine cat, Cederstripe knows everything and anything about herbs more than anyone else in his Clan. He's great at what he does.
weaknesses, Since he is a medicine cat, he's not the toughest cat when it comes to fighting. Sure, he may have a bit of a more muscle-y build, but he's never gone through the normal apprentice training so he's very unskilled in how to fight.
relationship status, Single
sexuality, Bisexual
overall personality, Cederstripe is generally just a bit on the bitter side of things. It's rare to ever see this tom in a generally good mood and more often than not there's a frown on his muzzle or he just seems troubled by something in his thoughts. He's a very down-to-earth sort of cat and doesn't like to keep his mind up in the clouds. He's observant of the world around him and tends to be laid-back about things and level-minded, though sometimes his true EarthClan personality can spring out and he can jump into a situation before thinking about it. Besides that, if you manage to get Cederstripe's nice side out, he's truly a great tom to be with and easy to get along with; his smiles are as true as the frown he wears on his muzzle. Seeing his good side is probably a once-in-a-blue-moon sort of thing. He's usually just gruff and curt, though he does show respect when it's needed. He also has a habit of finishing a goal once his mind is set upon it, no matter the obstacles or how rediculous the goal is.

overall history, When it was discovered Mosstail was pregnant with kits, the she-cat knew she was in trouble. She had told no one of a relationship she had with a tom that was living outside of the Clans; a nice tom, too, by the name of Snow. When Snow found out he was going to be a father, however, he bolted off, leaving Mosstail to care for her kits herself. To save her, her best friend Morningwind stepped in and they claimed he was the real father; no one thought to deny it since they were always so close. And so the kits were born believeing such a tail, two kits: Mudkit and Cederkit.
Even as a youngling, Cederkit looked like he'd grow to be a strong warrior, much like his 'father'. His sister was a little scrawny when she was young but she pulled through. The two were always playful together during their kit-hood, always tussling and rolling around in their constant play-fights. Cederkit quite enjoyed pestering some of the apprentices and warriors, playing around with them, though his sister found herself drawn to the medicine cat den and sometimes was seen helping out the medicine cat at the time, Windwhisper.
As the two were named apprentices, Windwhisper decided to take Mudpaw as her apprentice and Cederpaw's sister readily agreed. Cederpaw took the path of a warrior and was to be mentored by Jaymist, a rough she-cat that brought him out on a border patrol the day he was named an apprentice. Her training was tough and she never went easy on him, pushing him to and past his limits.
He was approaching 8 moons old when terrible news came to him and the Clan: Mudpaw had died when she mistook some death berries for a different kind of berry. Cederpaw was crushed and felt devestated, having known how much his sister had wanted to be the medicine cat. The night he was told that, he went to sleep crying, but he had a peculiar dream that night as he slept. He cannot remember what it was about, but by the time morning came, he had a new goal in mind, and he'd go through with it. For his sister.
He went to Windwhisper and asked the medicine cat to be her new apprentice, thinking it would be what his sister wanted; at least she'd be able to guide him from StarClan in the ways of a medicine cat. After some discussion with Jaymist and their leader, it was agreed Cederpaw would become the new medicine cat apprentice. He didn't like it at first, thinking how rediculous of an idea this suddenly was for becoming a medicine cat rather than a warrior. Now he'd probably never be able to fight, never be able to hunt. But he stuck to it. For Mudpaw, he would do it.
Over time, he grew to enjoy his role, to an extent. Every day he thinks of his sister, though, and thinks of how she should be where his paws are rather than his own. But he kept going with his chin up and his heart heavy. At the age of 15 moons he was given the name of Cederstripe and continued to learn and heal his Clan. Now, only ten moons ago, Windwhisper passed on to join the ranks of StarClan and Cederstripe became a full-fledged medicine cat for EarthClan. He's proud, though sad at the same time. But he does what's best for the Clan rather than what's best for himself and will continue to do that until he meets up with his sister in StarClan.
